We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven DSP Sales Manager to lead growth with media agencies and brand-direct clients in the UK. You’ll be responsible for driving adoption of our programmatic platform across display, video, and connected TV — educating partners on our value proposition, developing strategic relationships, and delivering revenue growth across a competitive and evolving digital landscape.
Commercial Growth & New Business
- Drive new revenue growth from agency groups, independents, and brand-direct advertisers.
- Identify and prospect high-potential clients aligned to our platform strengths (e.g. video, CTV, omnichannel).
- Develop strategic account plans that map brand verticals, spend potential, and decision-maker influence.
- Lead pitches, proposals, and platform demos tailored to client needs.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue and adoption targets.
Agency & Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships throughout the agency to include but not limited to agency trading desks, programmatic specialists, planning, AV, and client leads.
- Act as the go-to partner for all DSP queries — from product education to campaign strategy.
- Partner with senior planners, strategists, and buyers to position our tech as a must-buy.
- Leverage our position as a preferred agency partner to drive new business, or work to drive inclusion on preferred DSP or trading deals/partnerships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
