Linkby

Linkby is a global VC-funded Adtech business that connects both established and emerging D2C e-commerce brands with the world’s largest publishers - including Mail Metro Media, Reach Plc, Hearst, Bauer Media Group, ESI Media and hundreds more - helping them to work together more profitably, and effectively, than ever before through our suite of products and services.

As we continue to expand our UK footprint and product offering, we’re looking for a talented Agency Partnerships Manager to join our talented sales team, helping scale up our in-market presence across key media agencies to sell our performance-based product suite and grow our agency revenue stream. This role is open to candidates who can work in London only.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a global team intent on disrupting the way the world’s most exciting digital media brands monetise their audiences, with a focus on high-quality e-commerce content that sits perfectly alongside publishers’ organic content.

An ideal candidate has 3+ years professional experience working at or with media agencies in the UK, with sales experience in the digital marketing or tech / SaaS space being preferred.

Please note that this is a hybrid role and requires one day a week in the London office, though flexibility to attend in-person meetings and networking at agencies is expected to be successful.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Job Description

  • Unlock new agency business. Prospect, pitch and onboard Tier 1–2 media agencies onto the Linkby platform, unlocking new spend across our CPC, CPV and AI Visibility products.
  • Build your own patch. You'll be the face of Linkby for the agencies you own - the first call for briefs, the person who knows their clients' objectives, and the internal expert on what they need.
  • Get in the room. Lead mid-to-senior conversations, run agency-wide presentations and lunch-and-learns, and represent Linkby at industry events. A lot of this job happens face to face.
  • Win the briefs. Respond to agency campaign briefs with the right product and the right publishers, and turn one-off tests into recurring spend.
  • Grow what you land. Own your revenue number, scale the agencies you sign, and deliver year-on-year growth across the patch.
  • Collaborate internally. You'll work together with the wider agency and Partnerships Success team to nail the agency sell - from the initial brief response to post-campaign reports.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working within, or being the sales representative for, tier 1-2 UK media agencies (London preferred).
  • Existing network of client contacts at tier 1-2 media agencies, with a preference for candidates with strong relationships at GroupM, IPG, Omnicom and Dentsu.
  • Experience selling digital marketing, publishing and Adtech products/solutions to agencies.
  • Affable personality energised by interactions internally with the team, and externally with clients.
  • Inherently motivated to lead new initiatives, problem-solving challenges, and identify existing opportunities to optimise.
  • Proficient written & verbal communication skills - everything from leading written cold email outreach to closing deals on video calls or in-person.
  • Enjoy & thrive in a scale-up environment.
