Agency Sales Manager | Hybrid / London | Up to £45,000 + Uncapped Commission

Not every sales role gives you the chance to join at the beginning of something new and exciting with the security, backing and resources of something huge.

This opportunity sits within a newly launched UK division of a globally established technology business with the backing and investment of a multi-billion-dollar parent company.

Established, successful and respected globally...The UK team is just getting started. They're looking for an ambitious sales professional with around 2+ years' experience in programmatic, digital media, AdTech or agency-facing sales who wants more than just another target-driven role.

You'll be joining a highly respected leadership team with an exceptional reputation in the market, learning from people who have built successful businesses, launched products internationally and developed some of the industry's top commercial talent.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Winning new business across media agencies and advertisers
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Managing opportunities from initial outreach through to close
  • Working alongside senior leadership to help shape UK growth strategy
  • Representing the business at industry events and meetings
  • Becoming a trusted advisor within a fast-moving and evolving sector

About You

  • Around 2 - 5 years' experience in programmatic, digital media, AdTech or advertising technology sales
  • Experience building commercial relationships with independent media agencies
  • Existing network of agency contacts that you can leverage and continue to develop
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
  • Confident opening doors, creating opportunities and managing a consultative sales process
  • Ambitious, proactive and motivated by career progression
  • Looking for an environment where you'll learn from experienced industry leaders while making a genuine impact
