Agency Sales Manager
CTV and Digital Video Advertising | London
The Opportunity
An established international media technology business is looking for an Agency Sales Manager to join its commercial team and drive growth across key agency and client relationships.
Operating across CTV and digital video, the business combines premium publisher partnerships, contextual targeting technology, and innovative creative formats to help advertisers connect with audiences across screens. With an international footprint spanning Europe, Latin America, and Asia, this is an opportunity to join a fast-moving business with strong technology, an entrepreneurial culture, and ambitious plans for continued growth.
The role will have a particular focus on developing relationships across Publicis, especially within Zenith and Spark, while also building wider agency and direct client opportunities.
The Role
As Agency Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing revenue across a portfolio of agency and advertiser relationships. You will build and deepen relationships with key decision makers, identify new commercial opportunities, and position the business as a trusted partner across CTV, digital video, and contextual advertising.

A key part of the role will be using your existing agency network to open doors and build momentum quickly. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, bring relevant market insight, and develop advertising solutions that create value for both the client and the business.
You will also take ownership of your commercial pipeline, managing opportunities from initial conversation through to close and consistently working towards ambitious revenue targets.
What We Are Looking For
You will have proven experience in digital media sales, ideally within video, CTV, or a closely related advertising environment.
Strong existing relationships within Publicis are important, particularly across Zenith and Spark. International agency relationships are highly desirable, alongside relevant connections within the UK market.
You will also bring a broader agency network that you can activate from day one, with a track record of converting trusted relationships into new business and long-term commercial partnerships.

You should be a confident communicator and presenter, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, negotiating commercial opportunities, and explaining complex media solutions clearly.
A strategic and commercially-minded approach is essential, alongside ambition, resilience, and a strong sense of ownership.
