Agency Sales Manager - Premium digital brands and inventory - Omnichannel

London | Hybrid Working

We're partnering with an ambitious media and advertising business that's continuing to expand its commercial team in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with experience in digital advertising to take ownership of agency relationships, drive new revenue and help shape the future growth of a fast-moving business.

The role offers a blend of developing new client partnerships and growing existing agency accounts across a portfolio of digital advertising solutions. You'll be working with agencies of all sizes, building strategic relationships and uncovering opportunities across multiple advertising channels.

This is a highly visible position suited to someone who enjoys being in market, presenting ideas, opening doors and building long-term commercial partnerships.

The Opportunity

  • Develop and grow relationships with media agencies across the UK market
  • Generate new revenue through outbound business development activity
  • Manage and expand spend from existing agency partners
  • Deliver compelling presentations and commercial proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximise campaign performance and client satisfaction
  • Contribute ideas and market insight to support wider business growth initiatives
  • Stay informed on industry developments and emerging advertising trends

About You

You'll be commercially driven, proactive and comfortable operating in a client-facing environment. You're someone who enjoys the challenge of generating new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.

Experience & Skills

  • At least 2 years' experience in digital media, advertising sales or agency development
  • Track record of winning and growing agency partnerships
  • Confident presenter with strong communication skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation ability
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
  • Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
