Building on the double digit growth of 2025, the Equativ UK sales team requires an ambitious Sales Manager looking to take the next step in their career.
Equativ is a global end to end media platform with an advanced suite of products designed to fulfill the needs of advertisers and agencies at scale. Our product offering ranges from managed services (IO) to programmatic (PMPs, PG and curated marketplaces). The sales team are focused on driving conversations on Equativ’s media, targeting and buying solutions with agency and advertising partners. Including growing trends such as CTV.
👫 About The Team
The agency sales team is made of forward thinking and energetic online advertising experts that help bring Equativ’s programmatic and managed service solutions to market. They deliver revenue and build long-term relationships with our strategic agency partners, representing some of the largest players in the AdTech industry, guiding them to maximise their investment.
The agency team is a critical component of driving Equativ adoption and shaping and driving growth for the UK market.
If you have experience of working with both agency holding groups and independent agencies and if you believe that you have what it takes to help deliver our growth ambitions, we would love to talk to you.
What we are looking for:
- Proactive, diligent and energetic sales person with experience working within digital UK media agencies with 2-5 years experience.
- The ability to build trust with your clients, solve problems and identify solutions.
- A solid understanding of how the media industry and UK agencies operate.
- A good understanding and experience in selling programmatic campaigns to agencies and brands (SSP experience is a bonus!)
- Proven track record and hands-on experience working and selling digital and programmatic campaigns and having contact with agencies and trading desks and other programmatic platforms.
- A proactive, sales orientated hunter that can identify new business opportunities as well as growing existing accounts across their portfolio of clients.
- Creative and entrepreneurial spirit to be able to identify opportunities within your agency group.
- Ability to Learn fast and act quickly.
- Driven and hungry to succeed in a fast paced environment.

Your role will be to:
- Be an ambassador for Equativ within the UK media industry.
- Be present with your clients at industry events and in meetings.
- Manage and deliver a high volume of daily meetings with agencies and advertisers.
- Define key advertisers and verticals, drive initial and following conversations to build your pipeline.
- Build strong relationships with agencies and brands through regular meetings, calls and recommendations.
- Running and overseeing the full sales lifecycle for your prospective and recurring clients.
- Collaborate with our Client Services team to ensure delivery and performance across campaigns.
- Develop a very good understanding of the programmatic marketplace and Equativ products and solutions.
- To operate and grow business with UK based digital and CTV buyers at media agencies, trading desks and direct advertisers.
- You will ensure focus is maintained on objectives that will have the biggest impact on your patch of agencies.
- Drive new business and grow existing business across the agencies you are focused on.
- Accurately update and maintain Salesforce day to day with all sales activities and pipeline developments.
