The Team
👉 Our Customer Relations & Marketing Team plays a central role in supporting Covéa's intermediary network and strengthening relationships with our agency partners. Working collaboratively across the business, the team ensures agency systems, processes and governance controls are maintained effectively while delivering excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
What you can expect in this role
- You'll play a key role in leading and developing the agency systems function across Covéa Insurance.
- You'll work closely with Distribution, Governance and internal stakeholders, helping to support our intermediary network and identify growth opportunities.
- You'll contribute to maintaining accurate agency data, FCA compliance controls and effective system governance, focusing on quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- You'll coordinate and maintain EDI facilities and agency databases, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
- You'll have opportunities to learn, develop and grow within the role.
- You'll be supported by experienced colleagues who want you to succeed.

What you might bring
- Experience within the insurance industry or a similar systems, administration, governance or intermediary-facing role.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work across different teams and stakeholders.
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to share ideas.
- An organised, thoughtful way of working with excellent attention to detail.
- A commitment to delivering great outcomes for customers, brokers and colleagues.
- A willingness to learn, develop and adapt to changing business needs.
