Location – West London
We are seeking an experienced Agent to lead the successful delivery of water and clean water infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, programme delivery, health and safety compliance, commercial awareness, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
This role is ideal for a construction professional with a strong background in water treatment, clean water, water infrastructure, treatment works, or associated civil engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of water and clean water treatment projects from commencement through to completion.
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, engineers, and supervisors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Drive compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards across all project activities.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures to maintain programme objectives.
- Review and manage project costs, change control, compensation events, and value engineering opportunities.
- Produce and maintain construction programmes, progress reports, and project documentation.
- Support project managers and commercial teams in achieving overall business objectives.

Essential Requirements
- Strong background delivering water treatment, clean water treatment, water infrastructure.
- Demonstrable experience managing multidisciplinary construction teams and subcontractors.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage project delivery in a live operational environment.

Qualifications & Certifications
- HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- SMSTS.
- CSCS Card.
