Agent and EdTech Coordinator
We are seeking an Agent and EdTech Coordinator to provide quality administrative and operational support for the University’s global network of education agents and EdTech partners. The role will facilitate the completion of agent agreements, support the annual agent commission process, coordinate the agent team’s day to day activities, maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with internal and external colleagues worldwide. The postholder will also assist in ensuring the University’s compliance with the UK Agent Quality Framework by upholding consistently high service standards, adherence to relevant regulations and University policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the completion of agent agreements
- Support the annual agent commission process
- Coordinate the agent team’s day to day activities
- Maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with internal and external colleagues worldwide
- Assist in ensuring the University’s compliance with the UK Agent Quality Framework

Ideal Candidate
This role would suit an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating complex processes, building effective relationships, and delivering a high standard of operational support. They will possess exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities, alongside experience of analysing data and reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective operational delivery.
- Experience in international education or working in university administration would be an advantage
- Ability to collaborate effectively and share knowledge
- Contribute positively to a supportive team environment
