Vacancy Introduction

We're looking for a proactive and safety-focused Site Agent to join our Specialist Projects – Non-Infrastructure team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of project delivery, lead site teams, and help deliver high-quality civil engineering and utilities projects that exceed client expectations. If you're passionate about safe, efficient project delivery and enjoy building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for the safe, successful, and commercially effective delivery of projects under your control. Working closely with Project Managers, commercial teams, subcontractors, and clients, you will oversee site operations, manage resources, monitor programme performance, and ensure works are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, driving continuous improvement, managing project risks, and ensuring all project activities are delivered in line with Browne's values and business objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
