About Pocko
Pocko is a global creative agency and artist representation platform working across culture, communications and content. With an international network spanning London, Tokyo, Milan, Berlin and Seoul, Pocko represents and collaborates with artists, directors and creative talent across illustration, photography, animation, design, digital innovation, experiential work and emerging AI-driven practices.
Pocko produces and curates distinctive visual work for commercial, cultural and institutional partners, with experience across creative production, content development, brand strategy, exhibitions, publishing and social impact initiatives. Clients and collaborators have included Apple, Armani, Rimowa, Marvis and Lume.
The Role
Pocko is seeking a New York–based Agent / Producer to represent Pocko and its roster of artists, directors and creative talent, develop new business across the United States and support projects from initial brief through production.
We are open to applications from mid-level to senior candidates, and the role will be shaped around the experience, network and strengths of the successful applicant.
The Agent / Producer will work closely with Pocko’s international team to develop opportunities across commercial, cultural, editorial and branded projects. Responsibilities will include representing talent, developing client relationships, responding to briefs, coordinating pitches and treatments, negotiating fees and usage, and supporting project scopes, budgets, schedules, contracts and production logistics.
This role is suited to someone who combines strong relationship-building skills with a deep understanding of visual culture and creative production. The successful candidate should be able to generate new business while also helping projects move through a clear and professional production process.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business with advertising agencies, brands, cultural institutions, commissioners and other creative organizations in New York, the wider US market and internationally.
- Represent Pocko and its roster of artists, directors and creative talent in a clear, informed and strategic way.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, agencies, brands, producers, creative directors, art buyers, commissioners and cultural partners.
- Match artists and directors with relevant commercial, cultural, editorial and branded opportunities.
- Respond to client inquiries, briefs and project opportunities with strong creative and commercial judgment.
- Coordinate pitches, treatments, estimates and production schedules in collaboration with artists and Pocko’s international team.
- Support project delivery from initial brief through completion, maintaining clear communication among clients, artists, producers and collaborators.
- Negotiate fees, usage rights, contracts and production requirements, subject to Pocko’s final approval.
- Identify new talent, creative trends, market developments and commercial opportunities relevant to Pocko’s work.
- Contribute to Pocko’s wider activities across branded content, exhibitions, cultural projects, publishing and social impact initiatives.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in artist representation, creative production, talent management, business development or agency-side client management.
- Established relationships within the New York and US advertising, brand, editorial, production or cultural sectors are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience developing client relationships and identifying commercial opportunities.
- A strong understanding of contemporary visual culture, including illustration, photography, animation, design, digital content and emerging creative practices.
- Excellent client-facing communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing creative projects, including budgets, schedules, contracts, usage rights and production logistics.
- The ability to take initiative while collaborating closely with an international team.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations, opportunities and projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are welcome.
- Experience within a creative agency, production company, artist agency, gallery, publisher or cultural organization is highly valued.

The role requires an active presence within the New York creative and advertising community, including client meetings, presentations and relevant industry events.
Engagement and Compensation
This is a freelance role offering a fixed monthly retainer plus commission.
