We're looking for motivated and driven Agent Shops and Stations (Leeds, on-site) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
About the Role
- Customer support at Leeds Station: Represent FlixBus on the ground, assist passengers with ticketing queries, provide journey updates, and ensure a smooth start to every trip
- Driver and departure coordination: Support drivers with check-ins, ticket checks, and pre-departure quality and roadworthiness inspections
- Operational communication: Act as the local voice for FlixBus, keeping customers informed of live operational changes and updates
- Station partner collaboration: Coordinate live departures and maintain strong relationships with West Yorkshire Combined Authority and station teams
- Incident and disruption handling: Manage delays, cancellations, and unexpected situations to keep journeys moving with minimal network impact
- Health & safety Compliance: Uphold FlixBus safety standards and Leeds Bus Station rules, oversee safe vehicle and passenger movement, and ensure hazards, incidents, and near-misses are proactively escalated
- Passenger flow monitoring: Maintain safe pedestrian flow on stands and concourses, ensuring passengers remain clear of manoeuvring vehicles

📍 Note that we provide flexibility through a rota including shifts from Monday to Sunday between 06:00 and 00:00!
About You
- Love providing great customer service, have experience in customer-facing roles and excellent communication skills
- You are proactive, motivated, autonomous and have a desire to grow with a business
- You thrive in high pressure, fast moving and dynamic environments
- You can prioritise key tasks and make quick decisions, sometimes on limited information
- Have the ability to deal with difficult situations whilst remaining professional at all times
- You have a strong awareness of health & safety in a busy operational environment and act to keep people safe
- You are comfortable working independently, as the role may involve periods of lone working, and you follow lone-working and health & safety procedures at all times
