Background
Agilio Software Group is a leading UK healthcare operations software provider, delivering integrated, mission-critical solutions that support primary care, dental, pharmacy, hospital, and veterinary organisations. With ambitious growth plans underway, we are looking for talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.
Job purpose
This is a newly created position - the first of its kind at the company. The Agent Success Manager sits at the intersection of customer success, AI operations, and product improvement. You will be the human in the loop that makes our marketing AI agents actually work in practice: helping customers get up and running, identifying where agents get stuck, and feeding real-world signal back into how we build and improve them.
This role exists because deploying AI agents well is not purely a technical problem. It requires someone who understands our customers' goals, can diagnose friction in agent workflows, and knows how to escalate the right things to the right people - whether that's a prompt change, a product decision, or an engineering fix.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Setup
- Guide new customers through configuring and activating AI agents within our marketing products (iGrow and related tools)
- Run setup sessions, translate customer goals into agent configurations, and ensure agents are set up for success from day one
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers getting started with agent-assisted workflows
- Demonstrate the value of AI agents by helping customers generate leads, increase bookings, and improve marketing outcomes.
- Share ROI with customers on time saved as well as revenue generated
- Help customers understand token usage, adoption trends, and opportunities to maximise value from their AI investment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Workflow Monitoring & Unblocking
- Monitor live agent workflows to identify where agents stall, fail, or require human input to proceed
- Step in as the human decision-maker when an agent hits a boundary it cannot cross autonomously
- Triage issues: determine whether a blockage is a prompt problem, a data problem, a product gap, or a customer configuration issue
- Identify where AI-driven workflows are creating poor customer experiences and work with internal teams to improve outcomes through configuration, prompting, or product enhancements.
Feedback & Prompt Improvement
- Document patterns in agent failures, edge cases, and customer friction points
- Feed structured insight back into the central prompting and agent learning process — working closely with the AI/product team to improve baseline agent behaviour
- Maintain a living record of workflow improvements and the changes that drove them
Product & Engineering Collaboration
- Identify workflows where agents could add value but are currently blocked by technical or product limitations
- Write clear, actionable briefs for product and engineering when a human-specified change is needed to unlock agent capability
- Act as a bridge between customer reality and the internal roadmap — translating what you see on the ground into prioritised asks
