About the Role
As an Agent at our Hinkley Point C project, you'll be a vital part of our Roads and Networks team, ensuring technical compliance, quality delivery, and project success. Working collaboratively with colleagues, clients and stakeholders, you'll help us build and maintain essential infrastructure while nurturing strong professional relationships.

Responsibilities
As an Agent, you'll be working within the Roads and Networks team, supporting them in delivering works to the highest standards at Hinkley Point C. Your day to day will include:
- Coordinating a team of Sub Agents and Engineers to deliver works in line with design specifications and project timescales
- Supporting the implementation of Health & Safety policies and quality assurance processes
- Developing and maintaining detailed project programmes to effectively plan and monitor site activities
- Managing project costs through effective resource planning and material procurement
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients, suppliers and key stakeholders

Requirements
This role of Agent is great for you if:
- You hold a degree in civil engineering (or construction related field) and are working towards chartered status with ICE or CIOB
- You have knowledge of engineering management systems and quality processes used in civil engineering
- You have strong commercial awareness and professional communication skills
