Agentforce Technical Consultant
The team you'll be working with:
As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a skilled Agentforce Technical Consultant to design, build, and optimise AI-powered agent solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role will play a key part in delivering intelligent automation, conversational experiences, and AI-driven workflows using Salesforce Agentforce capabilities.
You will work as part of our Salesforce practice within delivery teams to implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions while developing deeper expertise in AI, automation frameworks, and emerging Salesforce innovations.

Please note, you must either have Full UK Security Clearance (SC) or be able to attain it to be eligible for this role.
What you'll be doing:
- Design and configure Agent force agents aligned to business use cases
- Build AI-driven workflows using Flow, Apex, and orchestration tools
- Implement conversational and automation capabilities across Sales and Service use cases
- Configure prompts, grounding strategies, guardrails, and agent behaviours
- Support testing, optimisation, and monitoring of AI agent performance
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven patterns
- Ensure scalability, performance, and adherence to platform limits
- Support CI/CD pipelines and version control best practices
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads on solution design
- Participate in technical design sessions and backlog refinement
- Contribute to effort estimation and sprint planning
- Support documentation and knowledge sharing
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and AI governance standards
- Apply Salesforce and AI best practices to reduce technical debt
- Contribute to reusable frameworks and accelerators within the practice

What experience you'll bring:
- 3–5+ years Salesforce platform development experience
- Experience with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce automation tools
- Exposure to Agent force, Einstein, AI automation, or conversational solutions
- Strong understanding of data modelling and integration patterns
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (required)
- Platform Developer II (desirable)
- Salesforce AI / Agent force certifications (where applicable)
- Additional cloud certifications (Sales, Service, Experience) beneficial
- Independently delivers well-scoped development tasks
- Demonstrates growing expertise in AI-driven Salesforce capabilities
- Balances declarative and programmatic approaches effectively
- Contributes ideas and innovation within the team
- Shows ambition to grow toward Technical Lead or SME capability
- Integration Experience is beneficial (Mulesoft / APIGEE / Connected Apps)
- Experience of JavaScript/Lightning components
- Basic understanding of Apex sharing and security model
- Experienced with Lightning Web Components
- Skills in analyzing and problem-solving issues
- Experience of prioritizing tasks and working to deadlines
- Strong communication, time-management and multi-tasking skills
- Automated testing experience (e.g. Provar, Selenium) - desirable
- Able to understand large / complex systems and both review and pick up existing implementations for in-life enhancement.
- Able to work as part of a small Agile team, collaborating with and supporting others - flexing roles and responsibilities as needed.
Clearance: Security Clearance will be required for this role. Candidates to confirm if they have / are willing to be cleared. Please also provide confirmation of current or previous SC clearance.
