Location: London (Hybrid)
Duration: Initial 8-Month Engagement with the possibility of extension - Inside IR35 Contract

Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Delivery Architect to lead the mobilisation and delivery of a strategic Agentic AI programme within a global banking environment. This role sits at the intersection of business transformation, architecture, governance and AI innovation. The successful candidate will establish the operating model, governance framework, and delivery approach for deploying AI agents across multiple business units, while ensuring alignment with regulatory, security, and operational requirements. This is an ideal opportunity for a senior technology professional who combines deep Financial Services experience with a practical understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs) and emerging agentic frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and mobilisation of an enterprise-wide Agentic AI programme
- Define AI operating models, governance frameworks and delivery standards
- Design low, medium & high-level AI and agent-based solution architectures
- Work closely with business, technology, risk and compliance stakeholders
- Drive workshops, requirements gathering and solution design sessions
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI agent solutions
- Establish AI governance, monitoring, risk management and operational controls
- Mentor Business Analysts and AI/Power Platform Engineers

Required Experience
- Strong Banking or Financial Services background
- Experience leading large-scale technology, AI or transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of governance, risk and regulatory environments
- Experience defining operating models and enterprise architecture frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams
AI & Technology Experience
- Generative AI, LLMs and Agentic AI
- AI governance, model monitoring and evaluation
- Microsoft AI ecosystem, Copilot and Power Platform
- Enterprise architecture and AI solution design
