Company Description

Excellencium is a UK-based AI transformation and operating intelligence company helping organisations redesign how they operate before they implement AI.

We believe successful AI transformation starts with the business not the technology. Our methodology combines business strategy, operating model redesign, finance transformation, enterprise architecture, governance, data, and artificial intelligence to help organisations create measurable business value rather than isolated AI pilots.

Founded by finance and transformation leaders with over 25 years of international experience, Excellencium works with multinational organisations, private equity and venture capital firms, portfolio companies, high-growth businesses, and public sector organisations to improve decision-making, operational performance, and enterprise value.

Our expertise spans:

  • Agentic AI and enterprise AI solutions
  • Small Language Models (SLMs) and Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • AI architecture and operating intelligence
  • Finance transformation and CFO advisory
  • ERP and enterprise systems transformation
  • Business process redesign
  • Performance improvement and value creation
  • Strategic advisory for growth, investment, and digital transformation

Our vision is to build the next generation of AI-powered operating models where specialised AI agents, enterprise knowledge, governance, and human expertise work together to continuously improve business performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
