Within Song, our Commerce & AI practice helps organisations design, build, and scale modern digital commerce ecosystems, embedding Generative AI and Agentic AI into commerce to enable real-time personalisation, autonomous merchandising and intelligent customer engagement at scale.

We are entering an exciting era of agentic commerce, where new AI channels, AI agents and enhanced customer experiences are reshaping how people discover, evaluate and buy online. We are looking for leaders who are energised by this shift and want to help define what it means for our clients and for Accenture as the world's largest consultancy.

As a Manager, you will combine deep commerce expertise with emerging AI and agentic commerce knowledge to help shape client strategies, lead transformation programmes and develop high-performing teams. You will play a key role in growing our commerce and AI business, building trusted client relationships and driving innovation both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements focused on digital commerce strategy, commerce transformation and emerging agentic commerce opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and provide strategic guidance on commerce growth, operating models, technology investment and AI adoption.
  • Lead and facilitate executive workshops, discovery sessions and co-creation engagements with cross-functional client teams.
  • Define and shape commerce transformation programmes, including current state assessments, future operating models, target state architectures and implementation roadmaps.
  • Lead the delivery of complex project workstreams, ensuring high-quality outputs, effective team management and successful client outcomes.
  • Apply expertise across commerce technology ecosystems, including commerce platforms, search, merchandising, content and data management technologies, helping clients make platform-agnostic decisions.

  • Guide teams in exploring and prototyping emerging agentic commerce concepts, helping clients assess opportunities and accelerate innovation.
  • Support business development activities, including proposal development, client pitches, solution shaping and thought leadership creation.
  • Develop team capability through coaching, mentoring and supporting the growth of junior consultants and analysts.
  • Contribute to Accenture's external market presence through thought leadership, industry perspectives and client-facing assets focused on commerce, AI and agentic commerce.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
