Senior Software Engineer: Safe Agentic Development Enablement

Strong hands-on software engineering experience, with credibility as a developer first.

  • Experience designing and implementing guardrails, controls and engineering patterns for safe AI-assisted development.
  • Broad technical understanding across developer tooling, cloud, security, observability, telemetry, CI/CD and desktop/development environments.
  • Ability to investigate, prototype and implement safe patterns for tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
  • Experience turning ambiguous research and experimentation into practical, scalable solutions for governance, rollout and developer
