Agentic Engineer & Data Analyst, Havas Creative Network

Who We Are

Havas Creative Network operates at the intersection of creativity, data, culture, and technology - built around our Village model and united by a single ambition: growth, powered by desire.

Our global scale spans 23,000+ people across 72 Villages, powered by an operating model that fuses intelligence, creativity and technology into one connected ecosystem.

The Havas Creative Network Global Intelligence & Innovation team is Havas Creative’s global engine for strategy, intelligence and innovation - supporting key global pitches and developing proprietary research, IP, methods and tools that elevate creative excellence across the network.

The Role

We are seeking an Agentic Engineer & Data Analyst to join the Global Strategy, Intelligence & Innovation team.

This hybrid role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, data analysis and strategic intelligence. You will help us build the next generation of AI-powered intelligence products while turning complex data into insights that strengthen strategy, creativity and client growth.

You will prototype and develop AI-powered tools, agents and applications, connecting them to proprietary Havas research, client data and external sources. Alongside this, you will work hands-on with consumer, brand, cultural, social and behavioural data, using Python, SQL and AI-enabled analytical techniques to identify patterns, signals and opportunities.

We are looking for someone equally comfortable interrogating a dataset, orchestrating AI agents and rapidly prototyping a new intelligence tool.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
