πŸš€ Agentic Growth & GTM Manager, Connectd

🌍 About Connectd

Connectd is powering the future of fractional work. We enable executives to start, manage and grow their fractional and board advisor careers, and we match them with the startups that need them. We're UK-based, expanding into the US, and we run GTM with a small team and a lot of agents.

🎯 The role

You'll work directly with the Head of GTM as an extension of them across growth and GTM. The job is half operator, half builder. You'll run campaigns, and you'll also build the agents, tools and automations that run them. We care less about what you've done before and more about how fast you learn and how much you ship.

πŸ› οΈ What you'll do

  • Build internal tools and lightweight apps that make the GTM team faster
  • Set up agent loops that automate reporting, research, outreach and pipeline hygiene
  • Run paid and outbound campaigns with agents doing the heavy lifting
  • Explore creative workflows with the latest image, video and text models, and turn what works into repeatable processes
  • Ship and iterate landing pages quickly
  • Maintain and improve our GTM agent OS: prompts, skills, workflows and integrations
  • Test new tools as they launch and tell us what's worth adopting

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right β€” and where to focus when applying.

βœ… You might be a fit if you

  • Use Claude Code, Codex, Hermes, OpenClaw or similar harnesses regularly, and have built something real with them
  • Know your way around landing page builders, ad campaign managers and CRMs
  • Understand the basics of how growth works: funnels, acquisition channels, conversion, retention and experimentation
  • Are extremely curious. You've probably tried a new AI tool this week without anyone asking you to
  • Prefer shipping something scrappy today over planning something perfect next month
  • Can work without much structure and communicate clearly about what you did and why
