ABOUT THE JOB:

As an Agentic Marketing Specialist, you will work at the AI-driven marketing, helping the team deploy AI-powered agentic workflows, applying emerging tools and approaches to traditional marketing way of working. You will define and monitor agent behaviors, curate our shared marketing skill library, and maintain the context layers that keep our agents accurate (e.g., brand and product guidelines). You will collaborate in sprints with Product Marketing Managers to safely deploy agents, serving as the bridge between marketing goals and modern generative AI capabilities built by central MarTech and Engineering teams. Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
