AI-Powered QA Engineer
FORM is looking for an experienced QA Engineer to help test and improve a suite of cloud-based SaaS and mobile products used across the health-tech industry.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong software-testing fundamentals with a genuine interest in AI-powered quality assurance. You’ll use modern AI and automation tools to accelerate testing, improve coverage, and help deliver reliable products at scale.
You’ll join a fast-moving, collaborative environment where quality is everyone’s responsibility. We’re looking for someone who can think critically, work independently from high-level direction, and take ownership of delivering work to completion.
What you’ll be doing
- Champion quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Use AI-powered tools to make testing faster, smarter, and more effective.
- Design, implement, and execute automated and manual tests across SaaS products.
- Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to validate requirements and define acceptance criteria.
- Help improve the existing automation framework and increase test coverage.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and wider technical discussions.
- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Assess potential risks across the wider product suite.
- Continuously explore new QA tools, technologies, and best practices.

What we’re looking for
- Two to four years’ experience in software development, software testing, or quality assurance.
- Practical experience of test automation and writing automated test cases.
- Familiarity with programming or scripting, ideally using JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#.
- Knowledge of AI-powered testing tools such as Applitools, Testim, Mabl, testRigor, TestComplete, UI-TARS, Midscene, or Puppeteer would be highly beneficial.
- Experience with test case management tools and techniques; Jira and Zephyr Scale would be advantageous.
- A solid understanding of functional, regression, performance, and acceptance testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Clear communication and strong collaboration skills.
- A genuine sense of ownership and pride in delivering high-quality software.
