Define and structure agentic service delivery models by translating service requirements into detailed agent workflows, interaction patterns, and operational designs.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze service requirements (e.g., ITSM, operations, business processes)
- Design agentic workflows and orchestration logic
- Define interaction models between agents, systems, and humans
- Produce agent flow specifications and design artifacts
- Ensure designs align with governance, safety, and platform constraints
- Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure implementability
- Optimize flows for efficiency, reliability, and maintainability
Required Skills
- Strong background in service design / process engineering
- Experience with workflow modeling (BPMN, orchestration, automation tools)
- Ability to define logical flows and decision trees
- Understanding of AI-assisted workflows and agent behavior modeling
- Experience with ITSM processes (incident, change, problem)

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with workflow tools (n8n, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Exposure to agent-based architectures
- Understanding of human involvement patterns (human out of the loop, human after the loop, human on the loop, human in the loop) and escalation design
Experience Profile
- 6–10 years in service design, automation architecture, or process engineering
- Experience designing operational workflows in enterprise environments
Candidate Persona
A structured thinker who excels at breaking down complex services into clear, logical workflows. Strong at bridging business processes and technical implementation.
Essential Criteria – SC Eligibility
To be eligible for SC clearance, you must have lived and worked in the UK continuously for the past 5 years.
