Company Description

Agentic Collective is an AI consultancy focused on turning executive-level AI ambition into tangible cost reductions and measurable revenue impact. We partner with CEOs, executive teams, and Family Offices to design and implement AI solutions that avoid wasted investment, vendor lock-in, and unmanaged risk. Our work spans strategy, product, and automation, ensuring that AI initiatives are directly aligned with business outcomes. As a growing collective, we offer opportunities to work on high-impact projects with decision-makers who are committed to responsible, results-driven AI adoption.

Role Description

The Agentic Technical Lead will guide the technical design and delivery of AI-driven solutions for clients, working on-site in London in close collaboration with consulting and product teams. This contract role involves translating business goals into technical architectures, selecting appropriate AI tools and frameworks, and overseeing implementation to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
