We are currently seeking an experienced Agent / Sub-Agent to join our client's site team in Dounreay and play a key role in the successful delivery of works on site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with programme, quality, and commercial requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation, review and submission of RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) and ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans)
  • Day-to-day site administration, including permits to work, safety inspections, temporary works inspections and associated documentation
  • Management and coordination of sub-contractors and site labour
  • Carrying out material take-offs and supporting the procurement of materials
  • Maintaining accurate commercial and site records, including site diaries, Early Warning Notices (EWN) and other relevant documentation
  • Liaising with site management, subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders
  • Ensuring works are delivered in line with project specifications, health & safety requirements and programme

Working Pattern

  • Monday–Friday: 07:00–18:00
  • Every second weekend: Saturday & Sunday, 08:00–16:00

About You

We are looking for someone with strong site-based experience who can confidently manage subcontractors, coordinate site activities and maintain high standards of health & safety, quality and documentation.

Previous experience in an Agent, Sub-Agent, Site Agent, Senior Engineer or similar construction management role would be advantageous.
