🌟 The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Insurance Proposition Manager to take ownership of the lifecycle of our insurance products from strategy and development through to launch, performance and continuous improvement.

You’ll play a key role in shaping our product vision and roadmap, using customer insight, market trends and commercial opportunities to ensure our propositions remain competitive, deliver great customer outcomes and support our business goals.
🌟 What you’ll be doing
- Own and deliver the product strategy, vision and roadmap across your partnerships.
- Translate customer needs, market insight and business objectives into clear product priorities and deliverables.
- Manage and prioritise product backlogs, requirements, dependencies and competing priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve, grow and monetise our products and services.
- Work closely with partners, underwriters and internal teams to develop and launch new products and enhancements.
- Lead product implementation, including testing, validation, change management and third-party onboarding.
- Use customer, competitor and market insight to continuously evolve our propositions.
- Ensure products meet fair value, conduct risk and customer outcome requirements.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Product, Development, Operations, Design, Partnerships and Commercial teams.
- Champion continuous improvement across our products and processes.

🌟 What we’re looking for
You’ll be an experienced Product or Proposition Manager who is commercially minded, customer-focused and confident taking ownership of complex products and projects.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience managing multiple products, projects or teams.
- Strong product management and development experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience managing dependencies, risks, issues and competing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A highly organised, proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and influence at all levels.
- Experience within the insurance or travel industry would be highly desirable.
