What You Would Do
Typical responsibilities could include:
- Gathering and analysing business requirements from stakeholders across multiple functions
- Mapping current and future state processes using tools such as BPMN and UML
- Defining data requirements, data quality standards and validating data against business rules
- Collaborating with technical teams to translate requirements into system designs and API specifications
- Supporting the delivery of cloud and microservices architectures, including analysis of distributed systems and CI/CD pipelines
- Documenting functional and non-functional requirements for systems built on platforms such as Azure, AWS,.NET, ASP.NET, Java and Spring Boot
- Engaging stakeholders throughout delivery to manage change and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Conducting financial and operational impact analysis to support process improvement initiatives

What You Could Bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management
- Working knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools (BPMN, UML, data quality frameworks)
- Understanding of modern technology landscapes, including cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD practices
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC or SAP RISE
- Experience in data requirements gathering and data quality analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to simplify complex business and technical concepts
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline
- Ability to work effectively in Agile delivery environments
Nice-to-have
- Experience with Power BI, Excel or other analytics tools
- Knowledge of API design, microservices architecture or distributed systems
- Exposure to financial analysis or process improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with infrastructure concepts such as Linux, Windows, networking or security controls
