Agile Business Analyst – CRM Transformation

An established charity is looking for an Agile Business Analyst to join a major CRM transformation programme on a nine-month fixed-term contract. The project is already in delivery and involves migrating the organisation’s fundraising operations from Raiser’s Edge to Salesforce.

Working within an Agile delivery team, you will support monthly sprints from planning through to completion. This will include understanding requirements, reviewing user stories and acceptance criteria, testing delivered functionality and helping prioritise changes to achieve the best possible MVP.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The role would suit a hands-on Business Analyst who is comfortable contributing across analysis, delivery and testing. You will need to communicate openly, hold stakeholders to account and confidently present new functionality to end users. Previous CRM migration experience is strongly preferred, with Salesforce experience offering a significant advantage.

Key responsibilities:

  • Experience working within an Agile delivery environment, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience completing QA or UAT testing and translating results into clear, actionable feedback.
  • Confident stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
