Agile Coach
Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: 6 Months (Initial)
Rate: Up to £450 per day (Inside IR35)
The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join a high-performing Product Development team, helping to shape product strategy and accelerate the delivery of innovative digital solutions.
This is a fantastic opportunity to influence product direction, embed Agile best practices, and work closely with Product, Engineering and Business stakeholders to deliver high-quality products at pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and develop product vision, strategy and roadmap alongside Product and Engineering teams.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, ways of working and continuous improvement.
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate these into technology solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to accelerate product delivery and time-to-market.
- Champion Agile best practices and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous learning.
- Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and retrospectives to improve delivery effectiveness.
- Influence senior stakeholders and provide expert guidance on product development approaches.
- Lead discussions to resolve complex delivery challenges across multiple teams.
- Promote product innovation and support the adoption of new delivery methodologies.
- Drive quality improvements, delivery consistency and operational excellence across the product lifecycle.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working as an Agile Coach, Agile Delivery Lead or Scrum Coach within large enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban and Lean.
- Experience partnering with Product Managers to shape product strategy and delivery roadmaps.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive organisational change.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile delivery best practices.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, complex environments with multiple delivery teams.

Desirable:
- Experience coaching multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
- Background in Product Management or Product Development.
- Experience driving continuous improvement and organisational Agile maturity.
- Relevant Agile certifications (SAFe, Scrum Alliance, ICAgile, PMI-ACP or similar).
