I'm looking for an experienced Agile Coach to help shape and improve how delivery happens across a growing digital organisation.
This isn't a role where you'll be managing the day-to-day details of individual projects. Instead, you'll play a key part in defining what great delivery looks like, helping teams work more effectively, and creating the frameworks, processes and culture that enable people to do their best work.
If you enjoy coaching teams, improving ways of working, solving operational challenges and influencing delivery at scale, this could be a great opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing:
- You'll work across multiple cross-functional teams, helping them deliver successfully while maintaining a consistent approach to Agile delivery across the wider business.
- The role is focused on enabling and supporting teams rather than directing them. You'll act as a trusted advisor and coach, helping delivery professionals overcome challenges, improve performance and continually evolve how they work.
Key Areas of Responsibility Include:
- Owning and evolving the organisation's Agile delivery approach and best practices.
- Supporting teams to adopt effective delivery frameworks, ceremonies and ways of working.
- Coaching Project Managers and delivery professionals through complex delivery challenges.
- Building consistency across multiple teams while maintaining flexibility where needed.
- Driving improvements in planning, delivery performance and operational processes.
- Identifying and removing blockers, risks and dependencies before they impact delivery.
- Leading capacity planning, forecasting and resource management activities.
- Developing and mentoring members of the delivery community through regular coaching, performance reviews and career development conversations.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure delivery remains aligned with business goals.
- Championing the effective use of tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Exploring opportunities to use automation and AI to streamline delivery processes and improve efficiency.
- Helping attract, onboard and develop future delivery talent.

We're interested in speaking with people who have experience leading Agile delivery across multiple teams, programmes or squads and who enjoy creating environments where teams can thrive.

You'll likely have experience in Agile Coaching, Delivery Management or a similar role where you've influenced delivery standards and ways of working across a wider organisation.
I'm looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Strong Agile delivery experience across multiple teams or projects.
- A passion for continuous improvement and helping teams work more effectively.
- Experience building or improving delivery frameworks and operating models.
- The ability to coach, mentor and develop delivery professionals.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing risks, dependencies and delivery challenges.
- Knowledge of resource planning, forecasting and delivery performance metrics.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of balancing delivery quality with business objectives.
- Confidence making decisions and driving change in a collaborative way.
- A genuine interest in technology, automation and modern delivery practices.
Most importantly, I'm looking for someone who leads through influence rather than control. Someone who enjoys empowering teams, creating clarity and helping others succeed.
