Job Description

As a G6 Agile Coach, you will work at organisational and portfolio level to embed effective, scalable Agile practices that enable predictable, user centred delivery. You will coach multidisciplinary teams, mentor Agile Delivery Managers and leaders, and help shape the cultural and behavioural foundations that support excellent digital delivery.

You are an exceptional communicator who builds trust quickly, fosters psychological safety, and encourages data driven decision making. You are passionate about developing others, navigating complexity, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile coaching across areas of CDIO, enabling consistent, high-quality Agile and Lean delivery practices.

  • Develop capability across the Agile Delivery Management profession, coaching or line managing Agile Delivery Managers and Senior Agile Delivery Managers.
  • Facilitate workshops and strategic problem-solving sessions, enabling meaningful continuous improvement.
  • Advise and influence senior leaders, providing evidence based recommendations on delivery models, team structures and organisational improvements.
  • Strengthen and grow Agile and delivery communities of practice, fostering shared learning and professional excellence.
  • Champion a positive, inclusive and psychologically safe delivery culture, modelling desired behaviours and practices.
  • Identify and address systemic barriers to effective delivery, guiding teams and leaders toward long-term improvements.

  • Strong experience improving delivery flow and predictability, using data and metrics to drive decisions.
  • Proven ability to coach multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, product and design roles.
  • Experience influencing and supporting senior stakeholders, providing clear, evidence based guidance.
  • Excellent facilitation skills, creating inclusive, high engagement workshops and ceremonies.
  • Experience building delivery capability, mentoring Delivery Managers and leading skills development.
  • Strong understanding of modern software delivery, DevOps ways of working and user centred design principles.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
