Agile Coach – £700 - £800 Per Day – 6 Months – Financial Services
Overview:
We are currently partnered with a leading organisation looking to hire an experienced Agile Coach to support a large-scale transformation programme.
The successful candidate will work across multiple delivery teams, helping improve Agile maturity, strengthen ways of working and support teams in delivering more effectively.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Coach Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and senior stakeholders.
- Assess Agile maturity and identify areas for improvement.
- Embed Agile principles, behaviours and effective ways of working.
- Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, planning sessions and Agile ceremonies.
- Identify blockers, dependencies and wider delivery challenges.
- Support teams in becoming more autonomous, accountable and outcome-focused.
- Improve collaboration across technology, product and business teams.
- Drive continuous improvement across the wider delivery function.

Requirements:
- Strong experience working as an Agile Coach within a large or complex organisation.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Lean methodologies.
- Experience coaching multiple Agile teams and senior stakeholders.
- Background supporting Agile, digital or technology transformation programmes.
- Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to challenge existing ways of working and drive sustainable change.
