🚀 Hiring: Enterprise Agile Coach – Telecom | UK
We are hiring an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach for a confirmed opportunity with a leading Telecom client.
📍 Location: Reading or Paddington, UK
🏢 Work Model: 2–3 days per week from office
📅 Duration: 1-Year Fixed Term
🚀 Start: ASAP
💼 Employment Type: Fixed Term
💰 Salary: DOE
🔹 Role Overview
The Enterprise Agile Coach will drive Agile ways of working across multiple teams and domains, helping improve delivery predictability, collaboration, quality, and business outcomes.
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, delivery teams and leadership
- Support Agile transformation initiatives
- Facilitate PI Planning and cross-team alignment
- Establish a culture of continuous improvement

🔹 Mandatory Experience
- 15+ years of experience in Agile delivery environments, including 5+ years as an Agile Coach
- Experience coaching multiple Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and senior leadership
- Strong hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe/Scaled Agile
- Proven experience leading Agile transformation and organizational change
- Experience facilitating PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and dependency management
- Strong experience with Agile metrics and maturity assessments
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong coaching, facilitation, mentoring, and conflict-resolution capabilities
- Experience in large-scale enterprise technology environments

🔹 Preferred Certifications
SPC | ICP-ACC / ICP-ENT | CSP | CSM | PSM | SA
🔹 Desirable
- Experience in Telecommunications, OSS/BSS, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Network Engineering, or large-scale technology delivery
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, DevOps, and Agile reporting platforms is preferred
