Project Manager

Location: London, UK

Years of Experience: 10-15 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Program Management to lead and oversee complex projects across various domains including Banking, FMCG, Supply Chain, and Identity & Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Digital Transformation and Agile Transformation methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress and performance.
  • Facilitate Agile transformation initiatives, coaching teams on Scrum and Kanban practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Visio, and MS Project to track project progress and deliverables.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status and performance metrics.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong Program Management knowledge and experience.
  • Proven leadership in Programme & Portfolio Management.

Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in project and program management.
