Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Program Management to lead and oversee complex projects across various domains including Banking, FMCG, Supply Chain, and Identity & Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Digital Transformation and Agile Transformation methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, to drive successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress and performance.
- Facilitate Agile transformation initiatives, coaching teams on Scrum and Kanban practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Visio, and MS Project to track project progress and deliverables.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status and performance metrics.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong Program Management knowledge and experience.
- Proven leadership in Programme & Portfolio Management.
- Expertise in Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with project management tools Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Visio, and MS Project.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in project and program management.
