Role: Agile Coach
Location: London (Hybrid)
Duration: Fulltime
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive Agile transformation across the organisation. The successful candidate will coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and senior leadership to adopt and continuously improve Agile ways of working. You will foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-centric delivery while helping teams deliver high-quality products efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach Agile teams in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, and other Agile frameworks.
- Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and leadership on Agile principles and best practices.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, retrospectives, and planning sessions where required.
- Assess Agile maturity and develop improvement plans to increase team effectiveness.
- Support organisational Agile transformation initiatives and change management activities.
- Help teams remove impediments and improve delivery predictability.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through metrics, feedback, and coaching.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align business objectives with Agile delivery practices.
- Coach leadership on servant leadership, Agile governance, and portfolio management.
- Support the implementation and optimisation of Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
- Develop and deliver Agile training sessions for teams and stakeholders.
- Establish communities of practice to encourage knowledge sharing across the organisation.
- Monitor Agile KPIs and provide recommendations for improving team performance.

Required Skills and Experience
- Significant experience as an Agile Coach in medium to large organisations.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, and other Agile methodologies.
- Experience coaching multiple cross-functional Agile teams simultaneously.
- Strong facilitation, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise Agile transformations.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and influencing skills.
- Strong understanding of product development, software delivery, and DevOps practices.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, or similar collaboration tools.
- Ability to work effectively with senior executives and technical teams.

Essential Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF) or equivalent Agile coaching certification.
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Desirable Experience
- Experience working in Financial Services, Government, Healthcare, Retail, or Telecommunications.
- Experience coaching distributed and hybrid teams.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Lean Portfolio Management, and Value Stream Mapping.
- Experience with OKRs, Agile metrics, and continuous delivery practices.
