We are working with a leading global consulting organisation that partners with some of the world's most recognised businesses and public sector bodies to deliver complex digital transformation programmes. Due to continued growth and increasing demand for agile expertise, our client is expanding its Digital Excellence capability and is seeking ambitious consultants who are passionate about delivering meaningful change through modern ways of working.

- Experience working within a consulting or consultancy firm
- Experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum and modern delivery frameworks
- Experience working within multidisciplinary product teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence and Miro
What you will be doing:
- Lead delivery across complex digital transformation programmes and products
- Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, ensuring effective team collaboration
- Coach delivery teams, stakeholders and senior leaders on agile practices
- Remove delivery obstacles and support high-performing cross-functional teams
- Drive agile maturity assessments and continuous improvement initiatives
