Insight Global are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead
Insight Global are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead for a large global manufacturing and technology organisation. This individual will play a key role in enabling Agile delivery across multiple product teams within an AI, Data & Governance portfolio, driving delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across a complex enterprise environment.
Please note, this is a fully remote position based out of the UK and is a 6-month contract (Inside IR35) with potential for extensions.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will support multiple concurrent Agile workstreams, working closely with Product Owners, Architects, Business Stakeholders, and Development Teams to ensure the successful delivery of strategic software products and initiatives. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, coordinate dependencies, and provide transparency around delivery progress, risks, and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies across multiple product teams.
- Coordinate delivery execution across several concurrent workstreams.
- Track and communicate sprint progress, team performance, and delivery metrics.
- Identify, manage, and remove delivery impediments and risks.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy and prioritised backlogs.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and stakeholder alignment.
- Deliver regular status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Promote Agile best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure transparency of delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
- Maintain Jira boards, dashboards, governance artefacts, and reporting tools.

Must-Have Requirements
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), or equivalent Agile certification.
- Strong experience supporting Agile product development teams.
- Proven experience working within large, matrixed organisations.
- Experience managing and enabling delivery across multiple Agile teams or workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong background facilitating Agile delivery for software product development initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, communicate, and drive the resolution of delivery risks and impediments.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Experience tracking delivery performance metrics including velocity, sprint health, and burn-down reporting.
- Strong Jira knowledge, including maintaining boards, dashboards, governance artefacts, and delivery reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience delivering products within Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Management, Data Governance, Responsible AI, Analytics, or Machine Learning environments.
- Experience supporting AI governance, risk management, or compliance-focused initiatives.
- Background working within enterprise-scale product organisations.
- Familiarity with Agile portfolio management practices.
- Experience supporting globally distributed teams.
- Experience driving Agile maturity and continuous improvement initiatives.
