It has an adviser and customer offering spanning financial advice, investment platforms, multi-asset investment solutions, and discretionary fund management. The business is comprised of two segments: Affluent and High Net Worth.
Affluent encompasses the financial planning business, Quilter Financial Planning, the Quilter Investment Platform and Quilter Investors, the multi-asset investment solutions business.
High Net Worth includes the discretionary fund management business, Quilter Cheviot, together with Quilter Cheviot Financial Planning – offering a highly personalised service to private clients, charities, trustees, and professional partners. Quilter Cheviot has presence throughout the UK, Ireland and Channel Islands.

About the Role

This is a hands-on delivery role suitable for someone who thrives in complexity and can bring structure, momentum and clarity to large-scale initiatives.
- You'll be responsible for breaking down ambitious outcomes into achievable increments, accelerating delivery and helping teams move from idea to execution.
- You'll work across a broad spectrum of stakeholders both internal and external to ensure delivery remains focused on outcomes rather than process.
- As Quilter continues to evolve its technology capabilities, you will play a key role in supporting the adoption of new technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, helping teams identify opportunities to work smarter, automate manual processes and deliver value faster.
- This role would suit someone who has operated within fast-paced digital, fintech or banking environments and has experience launching customer-facing products, platforms or digital capabilities at scale.

About You
Essential
- Experience delivering technology, digital or business change initiatives using Agile methodologies.
- Proven track record helping teams transition from traditional waterfall delivery approaches to Agile ways of working.
- Experience coaching delivery teams, product owners and stakeholders to adopt Agile behaviours and improve delivery outcomes.
- Able to break down complex objectives into achievable increments and maintain momentum in fast-moving environments.
- Comfortable navigating dependencies across technology, operations and third-party suppliers.
- Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Pragmatic and delivery-focused, with the ability to balance process improvement with getting things done.
- Experience working within financial services or another regulated industry
Highly Desirable
- Experience establishing Agile delivery practices within organisations.
- Experience working in digital, fintech or scale-up environments.
- Experience launching digital banking applications, customer platforms or large scale digital platforms.
- Experience using AI-enabled technologies, tools and automation that improve delivery efficiency.
- Exposure to product-led delivery models.
- Familiarity with wealth management, investment or financial advice businesses.
