I'm working with a public sector organisation undergoing a major digital transformation programme and they're looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join their growing digital team. You'll play a key role in leading cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of digital products and services that support thousands of users.

Working closely with Product Managers, Developers, Architects, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders, you'll be responsible for driving agile best practices, facilitating ceremonies, managing priorities and dependencies, and helping teams deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment. This is a highly visible role where you'll have the opportunity to influence delivery practices, remove blockers, manage risks, and ensure teams are set up for success.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban
- Experience leading cross-functional digital teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities, dependencies, and risks
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar Agile tooling
- Scrum Master or Agile certification
