Agile Delivery Manager

Liverpool, Merseyside | Hybrid – 3/4 days in the office.

My client is an extremely successful, well-established, global organisation.

They are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join its IT team in a brand-new and pivotal role.

This is an excellent opportunity to join the business during an exciting period of digital transformation, modernisation, and growth. You will work with talented, forward-thinking teams to improve Agile ways of working and support the successful delivery of in-house software applications.

The role - Agile Delivery Manager

As Agile Delivery Manager, you will:

  • Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Coach teams in Agile principles and best practice.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee software releases throughout the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Work closely with software development, QA, IT support, and business teams to remove blockers and keep delivery on track.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations across different levels of the organisation.
  • Support release and change management processes, including ITIL and governance requirements.
  • Identify and implement new delivery and configuration methods to improve deployment speed, quality, and automation.
  • Promote continuous improvement and encourage teams to challenge existing ways of working.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
