Agile Delivery Manager
Salary: £38,500–£47,000 per year
Location: London
Working Arrangement: Office, client-site and home working; flexibility to work on-site at least 2 days per week, depending on client requirements
Overview
Our client, a digital services consultancy, is looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to support multidisciplinary teams in delivering digital products and services using Agile and Lean ways of working.
You’ll help teams focus on priorities, remove obstacles, manage risks and dependencies, and facilitate key Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives. This is an intermediate-level role offering opportunities to develop as a delivery professional and leader while working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
The advertised salary band represents the entry point for this level, with progression within the role supported.
Responsibilities
- Embed Agile ways of working across multidisciplinary delivery teams.
- Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives and show-and-tells.
- Help teams identify and overcome obstacles to delivery.
- Facilitate and track risks and dependencies.
- Keep teams focused on priorities required to deliver products and services.
- Encourage continuous improvement across delivery teams.
- Coach and mentor colleagues in appropriate Agile and Lean tools and techniques.
- Build effective relationships with team members and stakeholders while supporting motivated, collaborative teams.

Requirements
- Experience delivering digital projects within Agile teams.
- Knowledge and practical experience of Agile, Scrum and Lean working practices.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of different sizes and configurations.
- Knowledge and experience of collaboration and project management tools.
- Understanding of user-centred design principles and practices.
- Experience working with a range of stakeholders.
- Formal certificates or qualifications are not required.
