SFIA 6 Agile Delivery Manager | £500pd | Data & Analytics Leadership | Hybrid | BPSS

I'm recruiting for a SFIA 6 Agile Delivery Manager to join a major Central Government department within its Data & Analytics (D&A) Directorate.

This is a strategic leadership role working directly alongside the Head of Delivery to shape how delivery is done across D&A.

The Opportunity:

This isn't managing a single team — it's about creating coherence, consistency and predictability across a complex portfolio of data initiatives.

You will:

  • Support the Head of Delivery in creating overarching delivery plans for key initiatives within Data & Analytics
  • Help define and implement delivery strategy across the directorate
  • Oversee successful delivery across a portfolio of work and manage dependencies between divisions
  • Shape and mature the delivery ecosystem — strengthening delivery frameworks, governance, standards and ways of working
  • Drive greater consistency and predictability of outcomes in a complex data landscape
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders — progress reviewed directly by Head of Delivery

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
