Agile Delivery Manager
Based in Milton Keynes (Hybrid - minimum 3 days in the office)
Salary £65,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits
Help Shape the Future of Technology Delivery at SIS
We're looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join our PMO team and play a key role in delivering technology initiatives that support our business and customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong project delivery expertise with a passion for agile ways of working. Acting as both a delivery leader and agile coach, you'll work closely with Product Managers, Technology Leaders, and Domain Teams to turn strategic priorities into successful outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, features, and workstreams.
- Translate roadmap priorities into achievable, delivery-ready plans.
- Facilitate Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning and sprint reviews.
- Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, milestones, and stakeholder expectations.
- Coach and support teams to improve agile maturity, collaboration, and self-management.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, delivery insights, and team health checks.
- Provide clear and concise reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Use Jira and delivery metrics to improve visibility, predictability, and delivery outcomes.

What We're Looking For
You'll bring:
- Experience delivering technology projects in an agile software delivery environment.
- Practical experience of Scrum and SAFe.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, governance, RAID management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience coaching teams and promoting agile best practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using Jira or similar delivery management tools.
- An understanding of modern technology delivery practices, including DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud technologies.
- Qualifications such as SAFe, Scrum, APM, or PRINCE2 would be advantageous.
