Role: Agile Delivery Manager
Client: Consultancy/Public Sector
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 4 months
Rate: £565/d inside of IR35
Location: Remote – Must be based in UK with full right to work
We’re working with a leading tech consultancy that are seeking a contract Agile Delivery Manager to join them to work with a public sector client for a short engagement.
This person will:
- Manage and support multifunctional agile teams, including developers, designers, researchers, and product owners.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and showcases.
- Remove delivery obstacles and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Ensure the team delivers high-quality products that meet user needs and adhere to public sector accessibility and security requirements.
- Track and report delivery progress using appropriate agile metrics and delivery reports.
- Work closely with stakeholders to manage expectations, priorities, and dependencies across teams and programmes.
- Champion agile principles, coaching team members and stakeholders in agile ways of working.
