I'm working with a global, technology-led business that is looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager in London for an initial 3-month contract, with an immediate start.

The key requirement is strong Agile experience, with solid hands-on Kanban experience, combined with a good understanding of technology and software delivery.

You’ll be working with technical and product teams across both greenfield projects and transformation initiatives, helping establish effective delivery approaches and improve the flow of work from idea through to delivery.

  • Strong practical experience working in Agile environments
  • Hands-on Kanban experience
  • A good understanding of technology, software delivery and technical teams
  • Experience implementing Agile/Kanban ways of working into greenfield projects
  • Experience working within technology transformation programmes
  • Ability to understand technical dependencies, blockers and delivery challenges
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A pragmatic approach to improving delivery, flow and visibility
  • Someone comfortable getting hands-on with teams rather than simply facilitating ceremonies
