I'm working with an organisation undergoing a major digital transformation and looking for a Delivery Manager to help drive the successful delivery of change, digital, data and technology initiatives. This is a highly visible role, working closely with Product Leads, stakeholders, suppliers and leadership teams to ensure delivery remains aligned to business priorities and customer outcomes.

You'll be responsible for maintaining delivery momentum, removing blockers, managing risks and dependencies, and supporting teams to deliver value through agile and hybrid delivery approaches. You'll play a key role in shaping roadmaps, facilitating agile ceremonies and embedding best practice across delivery teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading the delivery of projects, products and workstreams
- Managing risks, issues, dependencies and delivery plans
- Facilitating agile ceremonies and planning activities
- Working with Product Leads to shape roadmaps and backlogs
- Supporting continuous improvement across teams

We're looking for someone with experience in Delivery Manager, Agile Delivery Manager, Scrum Master or similar roles. You'll have a strong understanding of agile delivery practices, stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership, with experience delivering technology, digital or business change initiatives.
