Agile Project Manager - Digital Transformation & eBooking Platforms
Location: Hybrid (Glasgow area preferred)
Salary: Up to £75,000
Travel: Occasional travel across Scotland including Glasgow, Edinburgh and operational sites
Working Pattern: Hybrid, typically 1-2 days per week in the office
The Opportunity
We're working with an organisation delivering essential services to communities across Scotland, currently undertaking a significant digital transformation programme.
As part of this journey, we're seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to drive the delivery of customer-facing digital products, including e-booking platforms, websites and mobile applications. This is a high-profile role with significant visibility across the business and the opportunity to influence how Agile delivery practices evolve across the organisation.
This position would suit an established Agile delivery professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working closely with stakeholders at all levels, and is passionate about delivering tangible value through modern product and delivery approaches.

Working closely with Product Owners, technology teams and senior business stakeholders, you'll lead the delivery of strategic digital initiatives while supporting the organisation's ongoing transition from traditional waterfall methodologies to Agile ways of working.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the delivery of web, mobile and customer-facing digital products
- Driving Agile delivery practices across multidisciplinary teams
- Supporting product roadmap execution alongside Product Owners and business leaders
- Managing risks, dependencies, budgets and delivery milestones
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting continuous improvement
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers
- Providing clear delivery reporting and updates to senior leadership
- Championing collaborative, outcome-focused ways of working
About You
We're looking for a confident and credible delivery professional who can quickly establish themselves within the team and make an immediate impact.
You'll bring:
- Significant experience in Agile Project Management, Agile Delivery Management or a similar role
- A proven track record of delivering digital, web and mobile application projects
- Strong experience working within Agile environments and influencing Agile adoption
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement at senior leadership level
- Experience working alongside Product Owners and supporting strategic product initiatives
- Strong planning, coordination and delivery management capabilities
- The confidence to challenge constructively and drive progress where required
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused mindset

Experience within critical infrastructure, transport, utilities or other essential service environments would be advantageous, though candidates from a range of industry backgrounds will be considered.
