The Opportunity

QBE Europe are currently recruiting for a Transformation Lead in our London or Madison office. The Transformation Lead is accountable for shaping, governing, and optimising the Enterprise Digital, Security and Operational Resilience (EDSR) change portfolio. The role ensures that initiatives are strategically aligned, value-driven, realistically sequenced, and governed through consistent portfolio, benefits, and change management disciplines.

Having the right to work in the UK is a requirement for this role. QBE may consider sponsorship at its discretion.

About QBE

We’re an international insurer with more than 13,000 people working across 26 countries – which means we’re big enough for your ambitions, yet small enough for you to make a real impact. It’s an exciting time. We’re building momentum towards our vision to become the most consistent and innovative risk partner.

What if you could have a positive impact – at work and in the world? As part of the QBE team, you’ll get to spend every day working with people who are passionate, talented and kind.

Your new role

Business Case & Readiness Assurance

    • The problem statement, scope, risks, dependencies, and intended outcomes are clearly defined
    • Business readiness, operational impact, and change/adoption considerations are explicitly assessed at a proportionate level
  • Provide assurance that business cases are decision-ready and support sound, evidence-based investment decisions.
  • Partner with business and change management leaders to ensure initiatives are supported by appropriate adoption, communication, and readiness plans, enabling sustainable change and value realisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
