The Opportunity

As Agreement Coordinator (Rent Events), you will manage the key administrative workflows of Market Rent Only (MRO) and cyclical rent reviews together with all permanent or material variations to agreement terms for our Pub Partners estate, as well as lease assignments, whilst ensuring compliance to the Pubs Code regulations. The Agreement Co-ordinator will also manage all MSAs and intercompany leases along with free of tie new lease and assignment process.

This is an interesting, fast paced role dealing with many internal stakeholders including Lease Development Managers, Valuation Manager and Regional Managers, along with our external solicitors and the office of the Pubs Code Adjudicator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration of the MRO process
  • Administration of the rent review process
  • Administration of the assignment process for all leases
  • Administration of the new let process for free of tie leases.
  • Administration of the Craft Union Tenancy, MSA and intercompany leases.
  • Administration of all variations to existing agreements including deed of variations, lease assignments and side letters
  • Record information on internal systems, check approval levels and adherence to company policy and the Pubs Code, obtain and process required documents and information, instruct and liaise with solicitors, Regional Managers, Valuation Managers, and publicans to progress through to completion.
  • Ensure agreements are completed with accurate legal documentation and ingoing funds collected and processed.
  • Administration of correspondence received in the Pubs Code mailbox,
  • Maintain customer details, rent schedules and agreement information on the company database accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • Carry out inductions for Operational and head office staff.

About You

  • Evidence of administration experience and accurate working
  • Experience of maintaining office and administrative systems and of devising new systems, or improvements to existing ones
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage the production of documents critical to the business.
  • The ability to prioritise own workload.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills across a wide range of internal/external contacts
  • High competency in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Demonstrable interest in the Stonegate Group and the industry
  • Understand, embrace, and work towards delivering the Company’s Mission, Pillars and Values
  • Calm, well organised and a self-starter.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills and the ability to respond effectively to changing priorities.
  • Fully supportive of team working.
  • Willingness to learn and adopt new ways of working with a positive attitude and approach to improve efficiencies.
